重視消費者體驗,三星大中華首座旗艦體驗館進駐微風南山

在充滿話題的微風南山開幕之際,三星宣布在微風南山最顯眼的台北 101 對角位置的一樓精品大道設立大中華區首家微風南山體驗店,三星微風南山體驗店佔地 153 評,以為台灣消費者帶來更深度的全方位、全產品體驗為宗旨,未來新產品推出也將會以此作為搶先展示據點,同時由專業服務人員為消費者引導體驗。

三星微風南山旗艦體驗店當前以行動裝置為最主要的展示項目,包括全系列智慧手機、平板、智慧穿戴裝置,而每一區展示櫃台前還有觸控螢幕可讓消費者快速的點選螢幕找到資訊,未來是否增加更多三星系列產品則再視消費者需求評估。

同時,三星微風南山旗艦店還設有客製化雷雕機搭配原廠手機背蓋,可讓消費者為手機增添個人特色。

此外,由於大坪數的優勢,三星在空間中還以主題性的體驗區,讓消費者能夠逐一感受三星產品的魅力,包括 4D VR 體驗區、互動拍照貼圖體驗、 S Pen 體驗、遊戲體驗等,並以隸屬三星集團的 Harman Kadon 耳機與音響產品試聽音質表現。

今天開幕也邀請陳庭妮、劉以豪作為嘉賓參加剪綵,並分享在體驗店中的體驗過程,另由知名 DJ 浩室酷姬現場表演。三星南山微風旗艦店歷經 9 個月以上的籌備,人力、時間與實際軟硬體投資成本至少九位數,將以 20% 服務、 40% 體驗作為店內主要目的,商品銷售僅占 40% 。

三星表示,隨著消費產品週期縮短、消費者換機周期延長,消費者在決定是否更換新機前會希望有更好的預先體驗,這也是三星設置旗艦體驗店的目的,透過陳列最新的產品與專業的服務人員,還有舒適的體驗空間,有助於消費者在購買前有對產品有更深度的體驗。三星預期今年隨著 Galaxy 10 周年將在上半年有完善的產品陣容,預估有助帶動三星旗鑑店人潮。

同時,三星目標希望在今年度完成全台 15 家 50 評以上的門市,也預計在兩年內陸續為台灣的三星智慧生活館、體驗館進行升級,將以強化體驗與服務的嶄新面貌亮相,不過中南部的旗艦型店面拓點仍在評估市場與區域商圈,還未有明確計畫。而三星旗艦體驗店未來除在第一時間展出新機外,也將以結合潮流文化、音樂等藝術主題性活動歡迎消費者參觀。

三星也預估隨著新零售與更豐富的產品線,樂觀表示可維持在台灣 Android 手機市場領先地位,預期今年營業額能有 10% 成長,至於銷售結構部分,以往 18,000 元以上旗艦機約 20% 、 9,000 到 18,000 元的中高階機種也為 20% ,其餘為 9,000 元以下機型,然而隨著新零售型態,三星期許旗艦機、中高階機能夠各別成長到 30% + 30% ,降低高獲利機種的比重。
