AMD在財報會議表示Radeon RX 9000系列將在2025年3月推出，不過最終發表的時間稍稍前移，根據AMD全球副總裁暨客戶端通路事業群總經理David McAfee在個人X表示，Radeon RX 9070系列將會在北美東部時間時間2月28日上午8點於AMD官方頻道發表，不過通常發表與上市不會同步，正式的上市時間將會3月初。(註：又是趕不上Monster Hunters： Wilds解禁日的產品)

此外中國論壇Chiphell報料AMD將會在2025年中旬推出32GB版本的非Pro版Radeon RX 9070 XT主攻AI市場需求，不過擔任AMD遊戲長的Frank Azor則在TechPowerUp的X貼文內澄清AMD不會推出32GB版本的Radeon RX 9070 XT。考慮到32GB版本雖然可能有市場需求，但不見得符合經濟效益，也許倘若真的有基於RDNA 4架構的32GB顯示卡，應該也還會是Pro版本吧。另外強調沒有32GB版本，不知道能不能變相解釋成但也不排除推出24GB版本？
